Raspberry Mocha

Recipe
- Place 2 pumps of raspberry syrup into the cup
- Add one scoop of Chocolait to the cup
- Add a double shot of espresso to the cup
- Steam your milk to a silky smooth texture
- High pour your milk half way to the top of the cup and then mix well with a spoon or hand whisk until all the chocolate is blended correctly
- High pour the rest of your milk to the top of the cup

Merry Mint Mocha

Recipe
- Heat the glass with boiling water.
- Place 1 scoop of Bewley’s Chocolait into the glass.
- Place 2 pumps of chocolate mint Davinci syrup into the glass.
- Add a double shot of espresso to the glass and mix well.
- Steam your milk to a silky texture.
- High pour milk into the glass until it is 3/4 full.
- Mix well to ensure all the chocolate powder is completely dissolved.
- Low pour milk to top to finish with a textured head.

Hazelnut Hot Chocolate

Recipe
- Heat the glass with boiling water.
- Place 2 pumps of Hazelnut Davinci syrup into the glass.
- Add 1 scoop of Bewley’s Chocolait into the glass.
- Steam your milk to a silky texture.
- High pour the milk into the glass until it is 3/4 full.
- Mix well to ensure all chocolate is blended.
- Finish by low pouring the rest of the milk to create a textured head.
