With extensive experience in branded café operations in Ireland and the USA, Carol will develop a comprehensive marketing plan to compliment your Profit Programme. The dedicated marketing plan will raise awareness, heighten visibility of your offer, drive footfall, secure customer loyalty, and drive hot beverage sales and profitability in your outlet.
Maria Cassidy, Barista Manager
Maria has been working for Bewley’s since 2001 with 3 years spent in California working for our sister company Java City. Maria’s quality audit team will ensure coffee preparation and serving standards are always maintained in your outlet. If there’s a quality issue, she will work with you to provide corrective coaching and coffee mentoring for your staff. This will ensure that they always serve an excellent cup of Bewley’s coffee to your customers.
