Surprising good, very complex blend of different coffees, over all impression a very smooth, very sophisticated coffee. Immediately wanted a 2nd cup!

Never arrived

Customs documents wrongly completed. Overpriced on invoice by 6 times the value. Email to advise ignored. Telephone call - transferred twice then cut off. Still no response.

Never received my order

It’s been two weeks and it hasn’t even been sent. I’ve emailed and messaged them on social media, but with no results. Either they ignore my messages, or they tell me to check the tracking. Tracking that says the parcel company didn’t receive the package yet. I love their coffee, but I’m quite shocked by how bad the customer service is. Clearly there has been a problem with the order, but no one seems to even try to find out what.
