disappointing silence

Instead of a 160s pack, only an 80s pack was delivered. Can happen. Unfortunately, neither of my two inquiries in this regard was answered. Very sad.

The tea is fine ,but the delivery was far from it

The tea eventually arrived after 5 days after the due date and during which they pretended they had been to deliver but hadn’t. (We were at home all the time and this is not unusual ) I eventually called them and they then delivered to my letter box just as I was giving up hope and they did not ask for the code without which they supposedly could not deliver.
This is not the best company to use in France, nor is it the least expensive. If possible choose Colissimo… always on time and very efficient.

My all time favourite tea bag

Like a decent cuppa and Bewleys Gold Blend is my go-to tea. Really prompt delivery after placing order and very well packaged. Just a shame that the postage to the UK is soo expensive post BREXIT and has gone up again in the past 12 months but c’est la vie..
