Bewley's Oriental Beauty Loose Tea 250g

I am really happy with this tea. The taste is not too mild, not too strong - delicious and flowery, fruity and fresh right away. Amazing. It's my favorite green tea. I had a similar taste with black tea years ago and had been looking for this for years. It suits my taste exactly.

Unfortunately I am not satisfied with your delivery.
Yes, the tea which you’ve sent to me seems to be the tea which I‘ve orderd.
And perhaps you can see in my customer account, that it wasn’t my first order which I placed in your company.

The Irish Breakfast Tea is not the quality which I know from my previous orders.
I have brewed it in the same way like I always do – with my tea cooker.
And I was very disappointed when I tried it.
It is not as strong as I am used from previous deliveries.
On the contary, it is a very light tea, which I really don’t like.
I prefer stronger ones for breakfast.
Probably the packages have a wrong lable? – I don’t know, but for sure it is not the quality which you normally sent as a ‚Irish breaskfast Tea‘

I only opened and tried one of the Irish- Breakfast packages, and did not open the another ones.
Do you have any suggestions, how we can solve the problem?
By the way: this only concerns the 3 packages of Irish Breakfast tea.

Bought this as my first green tea, and it S great. Not overpowering and slightly fruity. It's sweet but not sugary. Would buy again.

I don't like green tea but this is something else! Delicious delicate and refreshing flavour that just takes mind off any stress. It's nicer when made quite weak for more subtle flavour. Recommend this regardless whether you like green tea or not, you'll enjoy it for sure!
