Bewley's Shop Online Gift Cards

A once much-loved landmark in Dublin city centre. I went in; was seated; no waiter approached me for 20 mins; I left. I went to buy a gift voucher only to be told 'only online'. I tried online but our website doesn't recognise the valid postcode of my address (why do you absolutely need my post code in any case?!!). Absolutely nothing good to say about my interaction with Bewleys. Not that Bewleys cares. Lots of 1 star reviews here.

I initially reassured my friend who mistakingly had sent me a voucher for this online shop rather than for the cafes as he’d intended. No problem I messaged him I can buy loose leaf tea from the website and make use of the voucher that way. Now I find the tea I purchase in the a Bewley’s physical shop isn’t coming up on a search of the website! Please don’t buy a voucher for here, there’s simply not enough variety of stock for most tea drinkers.

I received a 100 gift card only to discover I can't buy a coffee or lunch in your cafe with it. Only online for tea or coffee. Get with the times Bewleys.

Bought for my brother-in-law to use in the restaurant, as he loves going to Bewley's.

Incredibly disappointed ☹️

Hi I was looking for 100 euro voucher but had to get 5 x 20 euros emailed separately. The vouchers are gifts when I go to print them the qr code doesn't come through. Very clunky for a gift.
