Bewley's Introduction to Coffee 2026

This course is ran by our expert Barista Trainers with years of experience and who are aligned with the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) standards, SCA is a globally recognised coffee standard. 

Bewley's Certification will be provided upon completion. 

It covers everything you need to know before becoming a barista, including the crop to cup journey, how coffee is grown, the differences between Arabica and Robusta beans,  health and safety of machine operation. Keeping your coffee fresh. Espresso production, steaming the perfect micro-foam milk and cleaning and maintaining your equipment.
