Green Sencha Herbal Infusion Tea

I’m Japanese, and I was so excited to find this Sencha from Bewley’s. Unfortunately, it was a great disappointment. Bewley’s, you can do better! I love your black tea, but this is nothing like real Sencha. It tasted overly leafy and unpleasant—I couldn’t even finish it.

The product itself (teabag) is lovely as always but the packaging has been changed and makes what is a premium product look cheap and nasty. It is a retrograde step from the previous version and it is impossible to understand why you would deliberately damage the image and appeal of your product. If I had not already tried and liked the product, I would not have picked it up in this packaging.

Very efficient delivery.
However I have noticed a lot of tea bags are stuck to their covering and have ripped apart.
On my third box and I have thrown away at least 10 teabags.
