New packaging is awful

The product itself (teabag) is lovely as always but the packaging has been changed and makes what is a premium product look cheap and nasty. It is a retrograde step from the previous version and it is impossible to understand why you would deliberately damage the image and appeal of your product. If I had not already tried and liked the product, I would not have picked it up in this packaging.

Fantastic Service

Very efficient delivery.
However I have noticed a lot of tea bags are stuck to their covering and have ripped apart.
On my third box and I have thrown away at least 10 teabags.
Going to email you with complaint...hope this will suffice.

Disappointed

Unfortunately I found with this order of green sencha herbal infusion tea that a lot of the teabags were attached to the packaging, causing them to tear when I tried to separate. I had to throw out over half of them.
