We now source our Bewley's Subirana No.00 Coffee Beans 1KG from Honduras. More specifically, from the Comisuyl Co-operative in a region called Subirana.

Bewley’s works hand‑in‑hand with COMISUYL, a pioneering cooperative in Subirana, Honduras. Our partnership built over more than 15 years has created a model for coffee that restores nature and supports farmers.

The farmer driven programme to adopt IOC™ is an initiative of the Mesoamerican Development Institute, and forms a key part of the Yoro Biological Corridor, a conservation initiative endorsed by world‑renowned environmentalist Dr Jane Goodall.
